Village Hall Venue Hire
The fee for hiring Barton Le Willows village hall is generally £12 per hour dependent on length of hire and time of year.
1. When can I hire the Hall?
The Village Hall can be hired on any day starting at any time from 9am to midnight. All events must finish by 12midnight at the latest. The minimum hire period is 2 hours.
2. When can I get access to the Hall?
You can gain access to the Hall at any time from 9am (or earlier by arrangement) if you wish to drop anything off/ set up.
3. Is there vehicular access to the Hall?
Yes, there is plenty of space to park in front of the Hall.

Barton le Willows is located off the A64, via Steelmoor Lane or York Lane.
5. Group sizes.
There is no minimum number of people that you can invite. The Hall can accommodate up to 80 people maximum (50 seated), with extra space in the play area / garden.
6. Is there disabled access to the Hall?
Yes, it is all on one ground floor level with a paved path access to the front door. There is a brand new accessible toilet on site.
7. What toilet facilities and baby changing areas do you have?
The Village Hall brand new fully refurbished toilets. The female toilet is also a fully accessible toilet with baby changing facilities (accessible to all parents).
8. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation charges: the full fee is chargeable if the event is cancelled on the day.
9. What catering facilities are on site?
There is a kitchen that can be screened off if required. Up-graded kitchen facilities include range cooker, industrial hot cupboard, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, sink, hot water boiler, cutlery and crockery.
The Village Hall Committee reserves the right to refuse entry to events.

- If driving via Barton Hill (from the Castle Howard crossroads), the Hall is located just past the Village sign on the left hand side.
- If accessing via Steelmoor Lane, turn left before the village Main Street sign, just past the green, the Village Hall is up on the right hand side.
